Looking to short-term rent your home but feeling overwhelmed? I'm here to help! With my expertise, you can turn property into a successful rental without the stress. Let's make your hosting dreams a reality!
*Management of all prices using a dynamic pricing tool to ensure you get the best price per night for your home.
* Comprehensive management of all guest communication for a seamless experience.
*Quick access to the property within 1, with a backup plan in place when I am away.
* Professional photography for the home, at least 1-2 times a year.
*Weekly walkthroughs to ensure everything is guest-ready, with personal touches like fresh flowers and a handwritten note for each guest.
*Over 7 years of experience managing my 4 properties.
Cleaning Team
I have a reliable team of cleaners that I trust and collaborate effectively.
I will conduct a personal walkthrough every two weeks to ensure the home meets my high cleaning standards.
The cleaning team will invoice you directly after each cleaning session.
Hot Tubs & Pools
I work with a fantastic team of licensed hot tub maintenance professionals! Before your guests arrive, I will also personally inspect the hot tub to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
The hot tub maintenance technician will send you a weekly invoice directly.
Welcome Baskets and Fresh Flowers
Before each guest arrives, a thoughtfully curated welcome basket will be prepared, featuring a coffee foil, homemade soap, maple syrup, two bottles of water, and a bag of microwavable popcorn. A handwritten note and fresh flowers will also be left out as well. This special touch ensures that each stay begins right, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they step through the door.
This is provided free of charge.
Pet Friendly
Deciding between a pet-free or pet-friendly option I’m comfortable with either choice and can help make the transition smooth and easy!
